Pre-orders are a highly effective money generating tool , if done well. The key to a successful pre-order is simplicity. The more products or designs you offer, the more spread out the sales will be.

You can have the items delivered to you in bulk & have help with distribution.
You have access to an audience to sell the products to.
You can hit a minimum order of 24 per item / design.

PROS
You can make the most money because it's a bulk order. We set your bulk order pricing and then you can mark up the prices however much you’d like to. We always recommend marking prices up a few dollars at minimum to account for taxes and shipping.
CONS
You are responsible for setting up your sales platform, accepting payment and taking orders. You will also be responsible for distribution on the back end because we deliver the order to you in bulk. We require a minimum order of 24 per item / size category.

BOOK A CALL
Before we start on an order, we’d love to hear your vision for the project and talk strategy. We do these meetings via Google Meet. They are short and sweet, but very effective.
SELECT PRODUCTS
Once we have finalized designs, then we will select products and send you an invoice with mock ups, size availability and pricing.
SELECT DESIGNS
Everything starts with a design at Scarlet & Gold. Once we know the project plan, you’ll pick the designs you like and send us direction for customization. We call this part “the homework.”
GROW YOUR BUSINESS

A great design is only great if it’s printed or embroidered on an amazing blank. The actual garment that you use for your order is very important. No one wants to wear a cheap, scratchy shirt. Or a sweatshirt that doesn’t fit well. We have a list of S&G approved brands & styles that we have tested out and our customers love. We will help you find the right one based on who you are shopping for and what your budget is.

Our sales team is here to help guide you every step of the way. After your order is paid, we will let you know if we have any issues sourcing your items BEFORE we order. We will let you know when your order is in production and when it has shipped. If you need anything or have any questions, our team is a text or phone call away!

It’s a common practice of print shops to include in fine print a damage percentage that they are not responsible for. We strongly disagree with this practice. If you order 100 shirts, you should get 100 quality shirts. At Scarlet & Gold, you are always going to receive a complete order. Your shirts are produced in our Auburn, AL shop by a team of people who love their jobs. Your order matters to them and they work hard to create an excellent product for you every single time
