  • Our turn around time varies throughout the year. It can range from 3 weeks to 8 weeks, depending on how full our production schedule is. Please ask Megan what our current lead time is when you book your Strategy Call.

    We run a tight production schedule so that we can give clients a clear answer on when their order will be received, printed/embroidered, quality checked and shipped out. To secure your spot on our production calendar, we require full payment for orders up front. We cannot hold time on our calendar until your order is paid for.

  • Our pricing varies greatly depending on the brand you choose and the ink volume / thread volume we have to use. You will see tees quoted from $8.22 all the way up to $25 each.

    The best way to work is to have a budget per item in mind and we can work backwards from there. If we know the cap you want to pay up front or what you’d like to charge your customer and make per item, then we can make sure we are making decisions that will align with your goal.

    We can work within just about any budget (starting at $8.50 per item), but the decisions we make will have to flow through the goal you want to hit. For example, you can’t tell us that you want a front and back design on a navy Comfort Colors (most expensive brand and it requires the most ink on a dark shirt) and expect to be anywhere near the $8.50 price.

  • We don’t charge design fees. For every project, we include 1 round of designs, plus 1 round of edits for free. Beyond that, we charge $50 per round of edits or for any additional designs after the first draft.

  • No. We do not give out our design files. All designs are exclusively owned by Scarlet & Gold and cannot be printed anywhere else.

  • Glad you asked! Before we can begin, we need you to decide which way to work with us would be best for your project. If you aren’t sure, click here.

    After you decide, we will need some information from you to start on your project. Please fill out this form.

    From there, we will need you to submit your homework to us. You will receive the list of homework, instructions for how to fill it out and the best way to submit it to us. Your project will be on hold until we receive this information from you.

    After we receive your homework, we will submit your project to our creative team for the first draft of designs.

    We will send you the first draft of designs to review as soon as they are done. It’s important to get opinions, but not too many opinions. You will need to send us one comprehensive list of edits. This is important so that we do not have to charge you for a round of design revisions. You only get one round of edits, so we want you to list them all for us at the same time.

    We will submit design edits to our creative team.

    Once we have revisions, we will start building out your products for a bulk order, a pre-order or a webstore.

    You will get to see final mock ups and then we will send a payment request or send you the link to your store to start promoting.

  • We’d love to help you via text or email. Some things are easier to review over the phone. And sometimes only operating via text or email can make projects drag out longer. However, we can definitely work with you via email or text.

  • See our pricing page here. All of our products use the same math equation:

    price of the blank + price of the application = total price

    The best way to decrease the item cost is to decrease the blank price and then to decrease the amount of ink or thread we will need to use.

    Smaller designs use less ink / thread. Designs on lighter colored shirts or tone on tone (dark blue ink on light blue shirt) options use less ink.

  • Yes! Our 3 ways to work with us are not mutually exclusive. You can do a bulk order and a webstore. Or a pre-order and a bulk order. We like to work on one project at a time, but you can most definitely do more than one option.
